PRX plugins, and game storage help

So I have a 3.40oe-a PSP and I keep finding different info on storing games. Do I need GAME,GAME150, & GAME340 folders or 2 out of the 3? If so then which 2? And what games do I put in what folders? Where do I put the plugins, and are the past plugins all compatible? And as for the PS1/PSX POPSTATION is it built into the firmware? And do I just download games like normal? Sorry so many ?s but I've looked and I found pieces of info that were helpful, but nothing really clear-cut.

1. You only need [Game] and [Game150], but leave the [Game340].

2. Commercial demos in game and homebrews/emulators in [Game150]

3. In the [SE] folder. Place it in the ROOT of the Memory Stick.
