I was just wondering if there's an easy way to change the logo/image of the game that appears when you hover over it on the XMB?

Edit: That doesn't include remaking the eboots from the isos because I deleted those to save space and it's such a hassle to rip cds..FF7, FF8, FF9, CC is 12 CDs straight away..

So I followed all the steps to turn my copy of Breath of Fire 3 into an EBOOT for my PSP. It worked okay until... I tried to run it, a screen came up saying it was loading my P.O.P.S. and then the screen went black for a moment... then it shuts down my PSP everytime.
I Dont exactly understand the other way you guys were talking about. Without making it into an ISO I mean. Do you mean I should just use the .img I created through alcohol 120% or do I extract the files from the disc and run them through IceTea?

If you can please pardon my ignorance, Im kind of new to all of this. Im extremely motivated to learn though, so any help would be highly appreciated.
